Just got a text from my father there saying Mick is on the late late. Said he has been talking about his construction work a lot so far. Wonder will it be up on youtube or anything? He's fairly outspoken when it comes to construction methods and political things!

A good guy, no doubts. Made some very interesting points but didn't talk half enough about football & the Youths. I thought it woulda been a good platform to raise public awareness of our new club

Mick obviously wasn't on there to talk about the club. He was there to talk about social and political issues, so i think him getting a little mention of the club on the late late was a bonus!
Having said that, the man is clearly a legend. He calls a spade a spade and his views are so of the man in the street that its no wonder there's so much respect for him. I watched it all, and hung on his every word. What a man, what a manager! Go on de Mick!

Lads keep an eye on http://rte.ie/tv/latelate/ if you want to see the interview. The havne't got last fridays episode up yet but they have all the previous weeks episodes up s I presume its only a matter of time before they have last Fridays. I'd say it would be interesting to look at, he's always entertaining!
