I obviously have a soft spot for Nigel since he played for Wednesday for many years. His managerial career is at best average, however, so I wouldn't be too optimistic for the Wee North but who knows.

Terrible appointment imo. But i would more than love to eat humble pie on this one.

I'd agree with that.

No one can deny that the ROI has better players than NI, yet NI are top of our group beating Spain and Sweden and the ROI are 3rd or 4th struggling against San Marino(or whoever it was)
