I don't know cos i only get to see the papers really, but the build-up seems like sh1te? is that the case? what is the reasons? more to play for and more expectations in the rugger? plus we were playing england, plus irish people are band-wagon jumpers or what was it? cant wait myself but i thought there would be more about it at home, even the lads i chat to back home were up for the rugby more than this yet they would be more soccer heads.

I can't wait personally. There's a lot of coverage in the papers all week and Newstalk give the matches a lot of coverage.

Yep the build up is very weak...its a reflection of the team and its relationship to the rugby and cricket teams etc...the croke park opening up has had its day..no story there. I don't expect a cauldron tomorrow either but that might depend on whether the team decide to turn up...

To be honest i try to avoid all the media buildup around the game and just concentrate on watching the game itself when it does come around , but i think there is an air of quiet optimism with the vultures ready to pounce on Stan should we slip up.

I cant wait for the game. The fans will absolutely definately be up for it. You can count on it.... Dont believe the vibes you get in the paper. I really hope the team win for so many reasons. Football is all about winning and it breeds success if you win. The young players need it. The fans need it. And personally I really want Stan to get the break he needs. Its been way over the top, the criticism.

Are you for real? In my opinion the whole set up is a farce...Delaney and Stan deserve every bit of criticism that comes their way. Where else in the world could 2 idiots like these earn so much money? It's a joke. The tickets are over-priced, the manager doesn't know what he's doing and the players are not giving everything...yet the F** can still sell 75,000 tickets. It doesn't make sense to me.
