Still two games left.

Shels just lost to bohs. They have nothing to play for now as they can't be beaten to second place, their season is over. Hopefully that will allow us a win next week.

Last game is against Pats. They are not looking to good lately.

Longford and Derry both have to play Bohs. Hopefully Bohs will want to finish the season in Style.

A win for us next week and a defeat for either of Longford, Derry, UCD and we are right back in it. A play off place is NOT a certainty.

Keep the faith and the support going. A call to arms for the away trip to tolka next week. We must not drop the heads.

is -15 , Pat's are -7 , Derry -6 and Longford -5

We blew it. When the fixtures were announced I looked at UCD, Bray and Longford and was disappointed that we only had 4 games against them at home ..... never thought that we'd lose two of them - both 0-1. Bit of effort in those two games and we were safe ...

When are the dates for the first round of the play off's .... and will we still have playing and coaching staff by then ?

Can somebody explain how the playoffs will work and what teams( if we have to play the playoffs) are we likely to play.

Apparently the format is as follows:

If Drogs finish second from bottom we will have to play the team that finishes fourth in the First Div. This will be a two legged semi-final with the winner going into the final.

The team that finishes second in the first div will play the team that finishes third. This will also be a two legged semi final with the winner advancing to meet the winner from the other semi in a two legged final.

It'll be bloddy exciting but I'd still rather not be involved.
