Jeez - after Newbridge, we're the ones with everything to fear - the "friendlies are meaningless" brigade could have more humble pie to eat unless we get behind the lads with a rallying cry such as "Revenge for the Newbridge massacre" - nah - bit OTT really.

Not at all. He is actually a very talented u21 player who is playing in our futsal team.

The director of football's son does play for us but he is a small skinny lad who scored one of the goals against you if I rem correctly!

No in all fairness I seen the number 16 warming up at half time in Newbridge and he had a good touch and a nice shot. I thought he was a local lad that was allowed on the pitch at half time until he came on as a sub...what's his name?

Shane Reavey, he is from Tom Mohan's neck of the woods, a little town just north of the border from Monaghan in Co. Fermanagh.
