Well we all love a good moan but not everything is wrong with the world and it's important to give credit where it's due.

Firstly, the new website (http://www.eircomloi.ie/index.htm) is great & hopefully we'll all be able to make good use of it.
Secondly, the videos on this site (http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=eircomsoccer) are great and are very professional.

Thirdly, the FAI seem to have dealt with the issues presented to them in the off season.

Fourthly, there is a positive vibe in the media, about the start of the league campaign.

Also, the increased TV coverage (http://www.rte.ie/sport/2007/0309/eircomleague.html) must be a positive thing.

Feel free to add others.

Sorry, I should have stipulated that this discussion was open only to fans of clubs actually in existence and participating in the league! :p

I think Shamrock Rovers are great.

You should thank the FAI for allowing them to exist.
Anyone else?

At least we have ten fans.

A poll of Longford fans showed that 1 fan, or roughly 25% of the fan base, could not spell the word "difference".

Another positive aspect is , that if something should by any slight milimeter go awry in the League this season the FAI cannot cop out and shirk because THEY ARE responsible :D

FAI have invited the secretaries and sponsors of each Premier club to Croke Park for Wednesday's international where they'll be wined and dined at the FAI's expense. Getting the sponsor's involved is a nice touch I think.
