after an eventfull and succesfull trip away to watch galway united train in spain we are putting around the idea of a travel club for a trip away next pre season. i know its a long way off but for anyone interested in becoming involved, let myself or conrad know and we can get the ball rolling (i promise no more cliches).
for anyone who was on the trip, if you have any photos either digital or printed, could you send me the digital ones or bring along printed photos to next home match. hoping to put together a compilation on disc and also material needed for next match programme

itsall down to how he season goes. dream come true to play in europe but bif not then a holiday would be just the job. idea behinf the club is to get numbers and regular saving and then arrange things at end of season just as we did this year

A potential travel club could also be responsible for organising stayovers for away games overnight...

The travel club will be used just for international trips for the following:

1`Galway united in Europe

2 Ireland away trips

3 Another holiday just before the season starts.

If we do qualify for european football it will be used for that.

Isnt that right Cammy.

Not at all, just never stayed on for a united game, just do it sometimes for Ireland games...

Do people stay overnight for many United games, I heard a few people mention Kilkenny over the years...

the list for away matches should be sent to the gust. Travel club is designed for non gust trips. Ie gufc in europe and other holidays.

The trust have enough to worry about!!!!!!!!!

Lets all go to sinky's.

What do u think cammy?

the last away game of the season is always an overnight trip anymore, its a great idea because ita a brilliant way to close out the season. also if there is any enticing looking away trips during the season they can easily turn into overnights
