FM05 problem

[Red&White]

Lads just wondering if any of you have come across a problem like this...I played two full seasons as Derry but at the end of the second season, which I won, the game closes down completely when I press continue...I have it saved both before and after the match and no matter what happens, it will always crash...any ideas?
