Immediately. The board have to take responsibility for this fiascio. Sean Connor had nothing but trouble from the board, nothing to do with results. We need professional people to run our club not professional players... Well not all professional anyway 50/50.
Toolan you are a tool. What other club in the world has its chairman doing the Mike during games. He should be greeting guests or sponsors.
Resign Now.

Management commitee is voluntary , one person sought election this year and was elected, I think they are trying to do the best they can but we really need a professional structure to run the club, would probably need a fulltime General manager/CEO ,groundstaff, secretary and treasurer.

exactly what i think. board have good intentions but they obviously don't have 2 brain cells to rub together between 'em. evrything is a disaster with them: contract extension for don, takin connor's car&locking his office when they supposedly weren't accepting his resignation, harpal singh's clause, letting burnsy go when it broke his heart to have to leave, friday night football, the pitch, the floodlights.............

This is a good idea in general but the MC would have to be overhauled first or we would be back to square one.

Just like to add that there are some good people on the MC before they are all tarred with the one brush.

I think we should all hold judgement untill the true reason for McDonalds departure come out.

Have to agree 100% what’s the count now? 12 in 12 years something fundamentally wrong.... The must go, they have done as much as they can, new blood is needed and it cant be a re-hash of what’s there already, a complete change is required.
My heart is broken with the *******s i wish they would all **** off.

Find ouut whats happening first, if McDonald went because the board wouldnt let Strong sign and fly over for matches, i'd agree with the board taking a stance.,....but as i say, wait and see...

Not only that, I heard the Physiotherapist left because they wouldn’t supply him the gear required to do his job, The fact he was employed solely by the club he should have been supplied with a kit.
