Ok, I couldn't be arsed transcribing the whole article, but here is a snippet fron Mark McCaddens report in todays Star:
"It was by no means a remarkable performance by the Gypsies but they managed to string together several swift moves that often had the Cork defence chasing shadows. Meanwhile, the visitors played with the dysfunction of 11 individuals, not the compose of a side with very serious European aspirations."
btw, I don't suppose suppose that Spillane had anything interesting to say about it, I've given reading his tripe at this stage!
