whats the story with McCarthy now lads.i know about his bad back but did he get it sorted yet and will he wear the blue shirt again??

Depends who you're listening to. Apparently he's annoyed at Noel O'Connor for not getting in contact with hm while he was injured.The other story is that he's annoyed that he wasn't getting paid while out of action. These are all unconfirmed rumours but at the moment I don't think we're likely to see him again... It's a pity because if we'd had Derek and Stephen O'Flynn up front this year things coulda been different. He has had surgery but I dunno what his health and/or fitness is like right now.

I heard it "off the record" from a very truthful source that O'Connor ridiculed McCarthy for feigning his back injury!!!
