Anyway watch this tonight on ITV?
Audley Harrison (http://www.itv-boxing.com/News/Story_Page/0,14442,6164_1925022,00.html) was floored by Michael Sprott in the 3rd round. The ref didn't even do a count because Harrison was knocked unconcious for a few seconds
In an other fight, Amir Khan (http://www.itv-boxing.com/News/Story_Page/0,14442,6167_1924947,00.html) finished off his opponent after just 45 seconds in the ring.
Then in the best fight of the night(in my opinion), Graham Earl (http://www.itv-boxing.com/News/Story_Page/0,14442,6167_1924884,00.html) lost to Aussie Michael Katsidis. This was good cos Earl was knocked down several times but then fought his way back and ended up knocking Katsidis down. He put up a brave fight but just couldn't keep it going. His coach threw in the towel but the ref then threw it back out again and let the fight continue:eek:. Eventually at the end of the 4th round, his coach made the decision to call it off and withdraw him from the fight.
I don't normally watch boxing but it was great viewing, I have to say. Their is highlights of the games on the ITV website for those interested.

Can't see highlights of last night's fights, only of Harrison v WIlliams. Can you post up a link for last night's action.

Only saw Sprott's knockout punch, didn't see the fight itself but can't see anybody taking him seriously now (if they did at all). That's 3 defeats on his record and he's yet to face a world class oppenent.
The Earl v Katsidas fight was an absolute belter. 4 rounds of pure toe to toe action. Strong contender for fight of the year already.

he fell like an oak tree. I reckon Khan will end the same way once he makes the step up from the bin men he is fighting at the moment.

Hatton/Castillo has been signed and delivered. Hatton looks like he hasn't stopped eating since he last fought. Bloody joker!

That will catch up on Hatton unfortunately sonner rather than later. He thinks it doesn't really matter what he does in between fights because his weight is always spot on come fight time.
If you are young you can maybe get away with that but he's getting older now and fighting the best there is. Any athlete will tell you that not having a good lifestyle will affect you at some stage and it will for Hatton too.
I hope I'm wrong though. He's one of the best and a very likeable person with a down to earth attitude.

I think it already has started to catch up with him, he faded from the half way point last month and it isn't a surprise with his lifestyle. He must baloon up by 2/3 stone in between fights, throw in rapid weight loss and repeat that process for 40 odd fights and I'm surprised he is still undefeated!!!

Can't say I agree. Khan has genuine class. Audley was always an over-hyped waste of space and has been well and truly found out even at the British stage. Remember, these guys can't get near the top tens of the heavyweight division in by far it's worst period in boxing history.
Khan though is one of the most exciting prospects in boxing. His career is only in it's infancy so he has to build up by fighting 'binmen' in six-rounders. Two or three years down the line, he'll be a real contender and I'd be very surprised if he doesn't become a solid world champion eventually. He has all the skills, terrific handspeed and real punching power that belies his size. More importantly, he has a good attitude. While he may like to sell his fights, there'll be none of the bullsh*t that you'd get from Naz.
