Mr. Jim Little, a representative of the potential group of investors working with Cork City Chairman Brian Lennox, paid a visit to Cork today. Mr Little met with Manager Damien Richardson and the Cork City players to present plans for the immediate future of the club. Among the items discussed were player contracts and the acquisition of new players to bolster the City Squad for the upcoming season.
Mr. Little also had discussions with new Cork City Commercial Manager, Kevin Mullen as well as other members of the Football Club staff. There are other such meetings in the pipeline as the club embark on a bright and exciting new era. Mr. Little expressed his great respect for the achievements of all connected with Cork City Football Club and also spoke of the genuine confidence he and his colleagues had for the future of the club.
