Saw a piece in yesterday's SIndo where the FAI are taking all Prem managers to San Marino for the next senior fixture. It was being seen by the writer as an attempt to mend fences before the season kicks off as there was so much ill will last season re suspensions, fines and general administrative heartache.
They were also in Wexford recently for a UEFA Coaching Course. Don't know if our man was there as GUFCT had previously posted that he was in the UK on a course.
The piece went on to say that the Bohs (&ex Sligo Manager) missed the UEFA course & will also miss the upcoming trip to Italy as his team are playing in Spain that week. However, he has achieved a higher level of UEFA qualification with the IFA up North and his assistant is similarly highly qualified. Apparently he regards them as the most qualified management team in the country. No danger of them slipping down the Modesty League then.
