What would peoples all time City 11 be? For me, the whole defensive unit of those years chasing Pats would be there i.e. Cronin, Hill, Derek, Daly. Mickey Devines better than any keeper we've had. Gotta have Ollie so i'd have Billy on the right. Patsy and Davey Barry centre mid. I'm sorry but Flynn is better than Morley and Caulfield so start Skippy with him.:(

Derek Coughlan was international class and should have partnered Hawkins behind Roy the Tool for Ireland. Still stick by the back 4. other omissions due to my boyish ignorance & youth.

Daly Caughlan Gunther Cronin

Woods Barry Patsy Ollie

Caulfield Skippy

Manager Damian Richardson
Subs: Devine, O'Donoghue, McCabe, Long, O'Flynn

I picked Woods because he was the best player in the league before he went to England (Will never forget that goal he scored against Cobh @ Bishopstown before he went, Nov 94 I think,)

And The lads up front are both in the top 5 all time leading scorers in the league history so JO'F has a bit to go there yet

fergie was actually a very useful player (before the move to cambridge). nice fella as well.

anyway we are only in existence 18 years so we wouldn't have had big a pick as other clubs. i mean for example a shams all time best XI would would be pretty awesome.

Not that sad really.
O'Donoghue was as good as a full back we ever had and was considered one of the best players in the league before going to Cambridge in 92 (I think it was 92)
