Just thought I'd say a big well done and congrats on the new site. (http://www.derrycityfc.net/) It appears to be very good. While I am at it, well done to Bohs as well (http://www.bohemian-fc.com) for continually improving things over there too. Hats off to both. Go have a look. Its worth a look in I think!!!

Have to say that Galways website (http://www.galwayunitedfc.ie/) and also the new Kilkenny City (http://www.kilkennycityfc.ie) website look pretty smart.

I have to say that the sites for the EL are improving every year, usually they were never updated or never looked after.

Boss, it isn't for lack of effort.
As anyone who has been involved with a club website will tell you, the biggest problem is getting information from the club!

Bit by bit I think all clubs are coping on to how important the website is.
Oh and soon you will be able to buy Monaghan United Lotto tickets on our site!
Am well impressed with Derry's.

Drogheda's website is very poor it must be said. Was on it the last day and thought it was very sub-standard.
Alot of clubs still have work to do.

At least it is there in some form. You have to start somewhere

have you been saving that all these years?
6 years ago Gareth, websites have come on ten fold since that 'effort'.
That's like me pulling out a website from the beginning of the internet and comparing it to the modern day equivalent.

Most important thing about a web site is it's content, if clubs dont keep them updated people wont use them. Like the design of Corks' is a very simple one but the work on updating with new stories etc... is just fantastic.

Kildare County's (http://www.kildarecountyfc.com/index.asp) is nice and tidy. Updated on a regular basis also.

It isn't that bad for news, it just doesn't help that there is no news to report at the moment!!

weve got a new programme/website editor just wondering if the world famous match reports will stay:rolleyes:
I wouldn't think you can though either way. The FAI are issuing fines all over the place for shoddy editorials. Its amazing some of those reports got away with it to be honest.
