From Indo:
UCD's Gary Dicker could be following in the footsteps of former team-mate Paddy Kavanagh by joining Birmingham City. Irish under-21 international Dicker, 20, has joined the Blues on trial after similar stints at Stockport County and Bradford City.

Has Paddy Kavanagh turned informer? It's certainly a better calibre of club than the other two. Best of luck to him on the trial. Let's hope they don't alert Birmingham to Quigley.
Any news on Sully btw?;)

That's more like it.
Birmingham can have Daz if it means Derry don't get him.

I don't think Daz would join Derry, unless of course they got the Champions League slot. Besides PJ would look for a move from Derry City if they sign someone else and make them #1 instead of him. I'd take PJ back in a heartbeat.
Gary joining Birmingham could be great news for UCD. Fee wise I mean and not a bad move for Gary Dicker either. They are a club that give young players a chance.

Bit of a weird one. Did he sign a new contract or can players be loaned in a 23 or younger out of contract situation? We're hardly due any money for this are we? Obviously I wish both Kav and Gary the best of luck. I think Gary could develop into a tremendous player.
