got paul mcgrath's book for christmas. i'm half way through it now. did anyone else get it and what do ye think?

I got it but I'm only half way through it myself. My heart was going out to him though when I was reading the chapters about his upbringing in the varous homes. It painted a very tough and bleak picture for any young child to go through that.

I'm enjoying it though and would read it all in one go if I had the time.

Just finished reading it , shows what a nice man he can be if all them people are willing to put up with so much especially Mick Byrne and Jim Walker. overall its really sad reading about a man and an illness that controls him.

A good way into it now and it's excellent! Would also make the time to finish it out if I could, maybe tomorrow.

Aye got it but just started another book On Christmass eve so I havn't got round to reading it yet

Just started reading it, very insightful and honest. fair play to Paul for having the bravery to admit to his problems.
