1st game v Shamrock Rovers, does anyone think the club should do something special/different about this match? Like an open day or something, free for the fans perhaps?

Any ideas? something to attract fans...........

Bohs are a bigger club so why not do a big day out thing for their visit?! First time they visited Newbridge I think...

Both clubs are big enough to attract a decent crowd and both might even bring a good support down considering we are only a hour or so down the road.

A bring a friend promotion or something would be nice and a bit more advertising too.

Can the club confirm if this game will go ahead. As far as I know the referees have their seminar in Limerick that week end and therefore no LOI officials would be available to referee the game.

Lost to Bohs 2-0 in a friendly in Newbridge when Eric Hannigan was manager.
The bar was open as well.

Ha I remember now. The Newbridge Town FC bingo clashed with the match. No wonder the car park was full then!
