I have heard 3 eircom boys are going over to motherwell
Patrick Kavangh (ucd) just penned a deal for birmingham.
The sun reports ward of bohs and Deery of Derry are going to Wolves.

Does anybody know of any other deals and will this be good news for the international team or bad news for the eircom league??

Interesting to see that McCarthy seems to be keeping a close eye on the EL when many thought he ignored it during his reign as Ireland manager.

Could be bad news for the international team and bad news for the eircom league.

Or good news depending on which way you look at it. Some would say that players moving abroad gives good publicity and recognitiojn to the league and the money being given to the respective clubs should ensure that the clubs can continue to invest and grow.

I can see the other argument for players staying in the league too though. There's always going to be people pleased with the news and people upset with the news.
