As Maxi "petrol bomb" mcallister asked y'day "How can Shamrock Rovers get into the premiership when it doesnt have a ground to be vetted to see if it meets the criteria set out by the FAI?

Why if they have not got a ground ready get into the premiership and is there any compensating criteria?
