Here comes a major ****ing rant..........

I leave the country for 8 ****ing months and look what happens! JESUS ****ING
CHRIST!!!!!!!!!

Staunton set for captain's role

http://www.ireland.com/newspaper/sport/2001/0605/soc3.htm

The Aston Villa defender had a difficult first half on Saturday,
but Mick McCarthy afterwards described his performance as "outstanding".

Without even seeing that match i know, This is f**king outstandingly ****ing
disgraceful!!! This is major cause for f**king another Civil war!!!! Not only
should Staunton be shunned along with his family. Mick McCarthy should also be
tortured by the gimp for doing this and putting that f**king "there's not even
words to describe how low he is" s**t into the record books.

Now it's going to be 4 ****ing soccer tournaments that Foetus has cost Ireland.

How in the name of God you could put him in when Andy O Brien and Gary Doherty
are available is nothing short of a f**king disgrace... Dunphy must be going
inf**king sane!

... thanks be to god i wont get the opportunity to watch that bol**x again!
He'll have signed his own death warrant on Wednesday when he causes us to
lose.

Even if he scored a wining hat-trick... i will never retract my statement that
Staunton should be locked up in a dungeon in mongolia... at the very least!

Serious pain..

Shut up you idiot ..

How long have you been watchin international football ?

Sure he's not as good now as he was. But when he first came onto the scene he was an excellent player, and a great servant to Ireland over the years

Your comments about his family only go to show what a complete and utter ******* you are ...

**** off back to wherever you were

Interesting that you are in California ..

Therefore out of touch with reality ...

Don't come back

Yes, in comparison with living in Louth, I am very unfortunate. But i will struggle on in my harsh conditions!, and always dream of a time that one day i may return to ireland and live a life similar to the chosen, blessed people of Louth.

In fact the more i think about it the more it makes sense. I'm sorry for being so mean earlier.

Stevie Staunton, can i come back, all is forgiven, it doesnt matter that we didnt get to any competition since 1994! and i realise now, without you we might not have even made any playoffs!
I am sorry!

Daniel, i am sorry. I didn't mean to disparage Louth people or any of its famous sons!

It's just these terrible conditions make me go mad sometimes! a heated moment!

Once again .. sorry!

I am truly not worthy of my name...

I know ....

Staunton held his own on all the good Irish sides of the last 12 years, and is a better player to have as the most capped than someone who may have false Irishness ...

You know,

Despite my sarcasm, you're right... there probably has been worse, who can forget:

Eddie "The Eagle" McGoldrick...

and the all time legend of international soccer.

Sir Chris Morris!:p ...

...who, In all sporting history, holds the number 2 spot as the greatest journeyman ever.

(No.1 spot going to Tony Nation of the Cork Gaa football team of the late 80's)

Ha!ha! now, if somebody out there is a fan of any of the above, i truly give up!

Actually Adam, can we have a new section where people can talk about the famous journeymen of soccer!
