I believe clubs are being informed from 2:30pm on wards in alphebetical order but I am sure it will leak from the FAI before then.

I would be RT.
I've never seen such a well kept secret from an Organisation renouned for been deplorable at keeping things on the down low.
Not even the delegates elected to run the league next year from the various clubs have been told.

The members of the IAG read this board several times a day. Apparently Conors posts will be a big factor in tomorrows decision.

So it looks like Dundalk will be the first of the "maybes" to find out. At this point in time it looks like the same 11 plus rovers.

No Bray will.If they're in it neither of us have a chance.GUFC will know before we go into the room if we're in it though.

No they wont, waterford or ucd could be religated. Cant see bray or UCD going down. I think its between ourselves waterford and you. With waterford favorites, us second and galway third

DmanDmythDledge

I think the final place will be between Bray and Galway. Waterford and UCD are clearly safe.

I got the impression from the papers there's going to be a press conference with Delaney et al. at a Citywest hotel.

your really confused with UCD !!! :D

Personally, I feel that its going to be the premier 11 and rovers. If there is going to be an upset I think that we will just sneak in before Bray.

Not really. I said ucd or waterford could be religated so Galway wont know where they stand before they go in. Then i gave my opinion that i cant see bray or ucd going down

any word yet?

Galway seem to think they'll be able to announce it at 3:30pm, there will certainly be a general press conference at 4:00pm. They should have gotten through about a third of the clubs by now.

id say its down to ourselves Bray,UCD and Waterford.Everybody seems to think the blues are a sure thing simply because of Delaney which may not be the case.

Dundalk have known from day one they hadnt a hope but fair play to them for giving it their all this season.

Any leaks yet? I'm amazed at how quiet this has been kept.

I'm starting to think this IAG thing never happened at all.

It's all a big joke at our expense.

If the press gave a poop about it, they'd have plenty leaked stories.

My mole in CityWest indicates there is a surprised/horrified face or two in the hotel

Surely Longford Town would be safe.. we got a Premier Licence and our cup record should make us safe. but we're in debt apparantly but no more than others. Just got a very uneasy feeling thats all.... think there's going be an unexpected name in there.

My mole in CityWest indicates there is a surprised/horrified face or two in the hotelSince the clubs are going in alphabetically can we assume that the surprised faces are from clubs not starting with U or W?

The reason it is kept quiet is because its Independent and for once it jOHNNY d CANT LEAK IT.Thats ironic coming from a club who have consistently dropped unsubtle hints to anyone who would listen for the past year that they were in based on off the field criteria.

Am I right in thinking that FAI.ie would be the most up to date site to get the news when it's announced? or does anyone know of another website that it is going to be announced on?

Really independant from the FAI ???

I'm really worried now - the FAIlures don't care enough about the new league - they haven't even leaked the results:D

If thats true then the 12 will more than likely be the current 11 plus Rovers

I would imagine your best bet for news is right here, to be honest.

It was a text message and it was that brief. Can't call the person back and I am not deducing anything from his comment.

That said, I think personally that it means someone is very very disappointed

So what's happening exactly? Is everyone in a hall and getting called in one by one for a little chat with the teacher?

Can't get in touch with the UCD rep either, so no news there.
