EXCITING DEVELOPMENTS A FOOT AT UNITED
Monaghan United FC have received the go ahead in relation to major Development Plans at Century Homes Park. This development will ensure that there are top class footballing facilities in the County Town. Further details to follow.

UNDER 21’S CELEBRATE SEASON IN STYLE
The Greg Turley Suite and Bagster Lounge were buzzing with the sounds of satisfied young footballers last Friday night when the Monaghan United Under 21’s closed off their season with a Supper Social. The night was well attended and a great night was had by all. Well done John Heffernan, Tomas Heffernan and team on organising a great function. Special thanks to Brendan Beggan from Irish Nationwide Building Society for his help in sponsoring the night and all his sponsorship throughout the year. The Under 21’s would not have been able to run without his kind assistance.

MONAGHAN UNITED UNDER 15 GIRLS STAY 2ND IN TABLE
Last Saturday afternoon the 2nd round of the Metropolitan Finance Cavan/Monaghan Girls Under 15 League took place at the Astro Parks at Century Homes. Drumlin Youths hosted the competition at the Astro Parks and Drumlin Youths were the only team to beat United (6-2) on the day! The Mons girls beat Cavan Shamrocks 7-1 in the first game and Lavey United 5-0 to maintain their position as second in the table. Thank you to Enda Fields and Drumlin Youths for hosting this round.
