We always seem to struggle to attract Irish players already playing the Eircom League , I suppose its cos they are unwilling to relocate to Sligo but maybe Rob will change that.

Rob's gonna make Sligo more entertaining for people to come to. Is he also taking a job with the Chamber of Commerice or in the local Bord Failte office?:D :D :D

Can't see how you can make a statement like that, you only seen Brush in action once all season because you only went to half the Rovers games!!!
You have only made up your mind on 1 apperance!
I think most people supporting Rovers would all agree he is not up to Div1 standard!

PS: wat de f*ck is with the UCD crest???

I wouldnt agree with that, how can you say that if you never say him playing in the first division. Just repeating what you were basically saying to Brewer.

the indications (from what ive heard) is that at the start of last season brush was pushing o'hara very close for the starting position. also, rob mcd has been VERY impressed with brushie.

and there's no personal mark to this at all by midgit... ;)

how many times have u seem him play so to justify makin such a stupid statement. a lot of the players reckon brush is better than o'hara. steve williams wouldn't be worth bringin in in my opinion cos we'd have to give him extra to re-locate to silgo and he's not even that great just ask ollie keogh.

Dick Brush is decent but i do think we could do with a more established or proven keeper...up at The UCD game (Connors last) he was at fault i'd feel for the goal....

yeah but i think with a run of games under his belt he'll establish himself if he's given the chance

I agree with that.Rob needs to get a settled back 5( Keeper and 4 defenders) that will play together regularly. If Brush got a run in the team, with a regular back 4 I think he would do very well.

What do ye think? IMO McChrystal and O'Flynn would not be bad signings.McChrystal is a free agent again now after he left Partick Thistle. Might be worth a look in July?
