Im looking to take a trip in the "off season" to anfield as my little brother is a huge fan. Im hoping to make the Liverpool Vs Chelsea game on the 20 of January. Im just wondering if yous could give me some info on how to get tickets. Is my best option "the package deal"? Do you know any good websites or anything for these?

Cheers in advance

Why don't you try by not picking a game like the chelsea one. Tickets will be very hard to get or that, or will cost a forune on some ridiculously over-priced package.

As Roadend mentions above, the packages will cost a fortune for Chelsea game. You could wait for FA cup draw as there are 2 rounds played in January( draw will be in 2-3 weeks after 2nd round of cup ). I would chance leaving it til then and hope they get home draw, otherwise good luck in your quest.

Chelsea match sold out months ago Doubt you'd even get a package deal
could try Budget Travel though they do good coach/ferry deals but no flights for some reason

mcinerney sports are a limerick based company that do those package deals, games between the top teams are very expensive though. i think their website is mcinerneysports.com but i'm not entirely sure, probably just google it

I think the prices charged for these package deals are outrageous and would never pay them. Do it yourself, or just go to another game. Away matches are always an option. There are some premiership clubs over here which are struggling to fill their grounds...Wigan, Blackburn, and Middlesbrough spring to mind...some even sell tickets to away supporters on the day if the estimated overall attendence is low enough. As a last resort you could just sit with the home fans at an "away" game, and button you lips and sit on your hands every time Liverpool attack.
