Is it not the team who comes 2nd last that is in the playoff?Hense yee are guaranteed to be in the playoff.
Or with CHF gone is it the team who comes last?AFAIK it's not.

CHF are (nominally) relegated. Waterford are in the play-off.

Delighted with that, maybe with the pressure off the lads might perform more freely and better and give the fans the win they deserve against Sligo on friday...

Pressure off everyone, look for a win and enjoy the last game at home.

Although we had a bad season we should still look on the positive side - we're the 10th best team in the county. A big clearout of players and hanger on's is needed over the close season if we want to establish ourselves as a premier division team.

Have a feeling that not to many off the current starting 11 will be at the club next season, think some of the old guard are past the proverbial sell by date, with the vast majority of the rest of the squad either inadequate or uninterested. We all know who these players are so theres no point in naming them. On the bright side, some of the youngsters who've come through since gormley took over look like having a good future.
