Btw, eleven-a-side (http://www.eleven-a-side.com) had the following quote on him on their site:

quote of the day
"He didn't know where he was going or what he was doing. He was like a one-eyed cat in a fish-shop." - Mark Lawrenson (again). This time on the merits or otherwise of Kevin Kilbane's performance against the Swiss
:D :D

dont ask me why but i like kilbane he always has a high workrate i know he doesnt have any skill whatso ever but if he was converted to a left back im sure he could do a decent enough job

We are all talking about the same Kilbane who's been booed for staying on the pitch with his club, Sunderland, and who was cheered off at Landsdowne for all the wrong reasons.
Fair enough, he has a high workrate, but, left-wing is a creative position and Kilbane consistently creates NOTHING.

Murphy Out Now!!!
McCarthy out Now!!!

the reason he´s booed at sunderland has nothing to do with how good a player he is (or not) I´m not a big fan of his, but at least he does his best- he´s not the one putting him in the squad.
