The notion of a jinx is absolute bull****. In any sport. just as in life, you make your own luck. If Murphy is starting to clutch at straws like this then he knows he hasn't got a leg to stand on.

i reckon that cardboard cut out thats stood by the dugout is the jinx- ya know de with the baldy ugly head on him
