TV3 do it again. I was looking forward to seeing the goals from the Athlone game on EL weekly last night.Surely when the game was telivised live it wouldnt be that hard to get hold of some footage.Maybe they didnt have time to fit it in because Paul Osam wanted to wear his mask on tv ! :eek:

It is a bit silly that they do not show the First Divison games.

They would have had to pay TG4 to show the highlights. Im guessing that was the issue here.

EL weekly is a joke.
It is on at the most redicilious time on a Monday evening and the dribble that comes from Osam is sureal.A clown of the highest order.
"You have to average 2 points a game to win the league":rolleyes:
-his favourite comment.Then if Rovers lose they don't show the highlights despite the fact that a crowd of 4000 was at the match which would look good to the minority who watch the show.

In fairness Osam is a great cure for Insomnia.

Not true. It's up to the chap who tapes your games to send the tapes into the show. If he doesnt it cant be shown. We won last night and had our cameraman at it but doubt it will get shown next monday.

Ny Hoop you're actually sort of right.Our usual cameraman was away at the Cyprus match and so it was a different guy recording the last match....he may not have sent it but Terry could be right.However it was definitely sent the 1st time we beat yee so no excuses.
