IWow. Rule 3b says that the association "shall be bound by FIFA regulations and statutes"........... Sunday Times article should have mentioned that!!!

Well done now your next challenge is... a Copy of the Eircom League Rulebook ;) I am sure this would make very interesting reading for many of the posters on this site. For one thing, it might give us an insight into some of the crazy things which have occurred off the field this current season.
