Seems people perceptions these days are that of the two, Liverpool are the more "Paddy" club. This is actually a misconception, through history and even today in the city itself Everton are in fact the "Paddy" Club more so than Liverpool. Liverpool after all were actually founded by an Orangeman! See the article in the indo last week also re Rooneys grand mother and they refer to this. For scouers, Everton are actually the Irish club on Merseyside, but mereyside is not like Galsgow, its not a matter of conention. Do the fans still get on as they used to in Liverpool? I hear its turning sour, which would be a crying shame.

How in the name of God do you work that out????
Everton were formed by Irish immigrants and haev had hundreds of Irish players. Last time i checked Linfield were the most sectarian club in the country (32 counties) and wear the Blue white and red in order to represent the Union Jack flag! Head out of your arse
