We are away to St Catherines....we already beat them in the shield a few weeks ago so we will b hopeful of progressing....that said we have a few injury worries including a broken arm!

Its not St Catherines...they got knocked out in a replay on Sunday so we play Cabinteely now in Sandyford (i think!) this Sunday.

C'mon the Mons!

I thought that St. Itas of Newcastlewest in Limerick had won the 2006 Junior Cup.

Just read another thread - you mean the LEINSTER Junior Cup.

I thought that Monaghan was in Ulster!!

Ha....we are but we play in the Dublin Leagues coz other than in Northern Ireland there are no leagues up here for us. If we were to play in the North we wouldnt get the same level of support from the FAI that we are currently getting in developing the women's game up here.

(W)FAI - Seems like they support development in some areas and encourage destruction in others.

There are two Leagues in Donegal who form the Ulster part of the WFAI for your information.;)

Thanks for that! Pity that the Dublin League is closer for us to travel to than the Donegal leagues.
