Delivery Reports - at the end of delivery reports it says the time and date - is this the time the message was sent or the time it was recieved? Cheers

btw I have a nokia of some sort

Delivered to the recipents network not necessarily their handset but usually is. Don't take delivery reports as proof of message being received.
