WEBBS TRAGIC LOSS

The football community in Ireland was shocked yesterday to learn of the untimely death of Anneli Webb, wife of Drogheda United full back Simon.

Swedish native Annelli who was in her mid thirties and had been ill for some months, passed away peacefully late yesterday evening.




Very sad news. Condolences from everyone at SRFC.

Great woman who always had a simle on her face, even when it got really bad.

Funeral service takes place on Tuesday at St Peters Church of Ireland , Drogheda at 11am followed by cremation at Glasnevin Crematorium.

House and Cremation strictly private.

No flowers please , donations in lieu to Irish Cancer Society.

Only heard about this now. I'm sure I speak for all involved in UCD as I pass on my condolences to Simon and the Webb family. May Annelli rest in peace.
