Bizarre spoof, however the video, website (http://www.dublincoastaldevelopment.com/) and Google Ads (http://www.google.ie/search?q=Dublin+Coastal+Development) must've cost a few quid, so you'd wonder who's behind it. Possibly "Garech Delaney", the domain registrant, who pops up on Irish Playography (http://www.irishplayography.com/search/person.asp?Personid=2222) as a "model maker". His one mistake was not doing a website for the Wasaki Corporation (http://www.google.ie/search?q=%22Wasaki+Corporation%22). And using the word "Shamrogue". Seriously.

Some guy from Funda was posting on the the eBusiness Ireland mailing list about it a while ago, on the pretext of starting a conversation about viral marketing. Clever, but not clever enough to not spam. Now that's just stupid.
