Ya keeper acted the idiot. tripped the player in the box then just wanted to make a scene so he roared in the refs face. i think he wanted to be sent off so people think he's hard.

Sville played poorly, hyde deserved the victory. Keeper who came on for sville made a gr8 save for the pen but then made a hash of the corner straight after that. He came flapping for it.

Corbally and sville seem almost out of the promotion race now with corbally losing to murroe

After hammering corbally 5-2 last weekend, are hyde back in the race for promotion?? They have alot of decent footballers, especially their midfielders who have the skill to create chances. They seem a bit suspect at the back though which may cost them

Things might become more clearer after this weekend:
boro v summerville
a/a v athlunkard
murroe v pike...................... murroe and pike will be tight!!!!!

hyde.. no chance!!! they wont keep there panel together, happens them every year.. just shows the reason they kept gettin relegated and finishin in the bottom half of the tables for years.on a given day though they'd match all teams in the league though, as the league standard is brutal!!

Hi All

Following Last nights delegate meeting some clubs feel that I am bringing discredit on the LDMC by posting on this site. I will not post again until this matter has been discussed by the committee and following that meeting if the committee agree with the accusation I will not be posting in any capacity.

If any of you feel that My posts on this site have been bringing the committee into disrepute I urge you to mail the secretary of the league on the other hand if you feel that my posts have not been bringing the league into disrepute you might mail as well

The league secretary can be contacted at secretary@ldmc.ie

So Bye for a week

wats your point!???does that little win make up for the 4-1 hammering we gave ye in the league final last year??summerville arent playin well..lookin pretty lifeless at the mo.. boro wernt much better though being honest, a bit cuter at the back, few old heads make a big difference.ye should be up there challenging at the end of the season.

lionelhutz has been very quiet for the last few days.... is this because summerville are on the slide in 2A????
whats your take on the managerial decisions regarding starting lineups in the 'b' team lionel??? ive seen a couple of games and the management seem to persist with 1 or 2 players of no use at all to the team... in particular when ye lost to pike a few weeks back, the managers started this guy up front cos he used to co-manage the team... then when the game was heading for a nil all draw they put this guy back in front of the back four to shore up the midfield as one of the managers said to me...
i mean this guy has never made a tackle in his life and he is now a holding midfielder!!!
too much favouritism going on in the team.... do ye agree summerville men???

Yes, there were a couple of tactical decisions that went astray in the last three matches but at the end of the day the players have to take responsibility for what happens on the pitch.

Against pike, i thought summerville played well and only a lapse in concentration in the last minute cost them. Against hyde, they were 1-0 up until the keeper made an awful decision. But against boro, there were no excuses. Didnt play well at all. Confidence seems low and the players need to show the character and determination that won them the league last year. They didnt look to have the same hunger as before.

And i dont think the problem is favouritism with the so called 'players of no use at all'. I think its deeper than that, the management actually believe these players are good enough to start ahead of players who are obviously much more capable. Hopefully some day, sville b will have a management team with the same competence, integrity, lack of nepotism and level of knowledge as the A team has

Aisling Anacotty 1 - 2 Summerville
Pike Rovers 4 - 1 Murroe

Pike to continue their excellent form in this division with summerville getting back to winning ways after a poor spell
