Big game Friday Night. (they all are now)
Rovers are on a slippery slope, they have dropped a lot of points in the past month but are unbeaten at the same time, Rams have to take advantage to stay in touch with the top. Galway was a slip up, they are the only team to have beat us since mid April! (twice)
Rovers looked a poor side when they played St Colmans Park. This is Ramblers chance to jump back as one of the main title contenders.
It looks like there is only 4 teams in it now, lets not make it 3!

Rams have to win or get atleast a draw from this. Hopefully they'll get a good result anyway. Any Rams fans going up?

I think now the 7 point lead that Dundalk and Rovers have will mean the Ramblers will miss out again. I cannot see them closing the gap and if anything it will get bigger. We have 9 games left to play and as you say need to win all 9 to give ourselves a chance.

Lets hope we have not bottled it again!!!

Come on the rams

Was n't at the game but apparently for the second game running we have been done by the ref, it seems we should have had a penalty of our own when Willie Bruton was fouled and it seemed the ball struck the back of Alan Carey's head for their penalty? As for Eddie Foley in the Galway game? He was a great full back for Galway, none of our attacks got past him:mad:

Your peno claim looked like a stonewall peno from where I was standing, but apparantly, our video footage shows that it wasn't. As for our peno, it was harsh, but it definitely struck him on his raised arm and not the head.

For the record think Cobh are the best side we've played this season. Strong players who can pass it when they want to. If your manager had some balls its a game you could have won.

Overall a draw was the fair result but we'll take the 3 points seeing as we didnt get back our 3 points from the FAI.
