u-21 v FAI Cup game senario

Russia v Ireland u-21 game 4 Sept
Cup game at Harps on 5 or 6th Sept.

Given John O'Flynns rich run of orm it wouldn't be a surprise if he got an u-21 callup. The irish senior panel is a bit lacking forwards due to injuries & Barrett could well get a promotion.

O'Flynns chances of a callup at greatly increased if Barrett gets a promoting so.....

Where would that leave city? Would cup game still go ahead without O'Flynn?

Yeah game will go ahead. I remember Pats played a league game a few years ago when Molloy, Morgan and Hawkins were all on U21 duty. Apparently 4 players have to be out, to get the game switched
