How many are in the box?
It sounds like that's the contents rather than the dosage???

"10 tabletten taglich" ~ would suggest 10 tablets daily... is there a full stop between the tabletten and the taglich ?

That's a serious amount of tablets.
Are you to mix them in water to make a drink out of them?
You should seriously get advice about this before you take anything.
What is the product name?
Do a Google search on it and look for English instructions.
