Perfect appointment.

He has the core FAI competency of trying to demonstrate his knowledge of the domestic game and failing miserably.

Does the job come with a free Man U season ticket?

Who's going to be promoted to the vacant position of 'FAI stooge in the Papers'?

Been looking for that infamous piece of his where his mate is never going to darken the door of a national league club ever again, because of the use of language without the everyday use of which the Indo would cease to function.
But I can't find the link. Any clues?

In fairness, if his work up til now is anything to do by, Dan McD won't be falling into that trap.

Was just looking for some kind of archive on unison, the site is terrible for looking up previous items, the only way seems to click on the arrow to go back one day's edition of the paper. :(

Mr. McDermott's responsibilities will include Public Relations, Internal Communications and the development of the Association's website, www.fai.ie.

Did the FAI appoint him just to stop those anti-FAI articles in the Indo. Did they Indo pay a transfer fee to get rid of him.
