4 tickets available together for next Wednesday. They are the bucket seats at face value of €30 each.

Only issue is that the tickets are in Cork. It will probably suit somebody there. The friend of mine that has them is coming up on Wednesday and may be willing to accept payment into his bank account today and meet up Wednesday afternoon.

PM me if interested

Sorry casso i didn't know that this thread existed when i started my own one. The four tickets are available for the south bucket worth €30 each.

I'm based in Limerick so it would probably be easiest if someone in Limerick took them off me. If not, I'll have no problem swift postin them

Strolled down to Merrion Sq yesterday at 11 and got two North Bucket tickets. Only one bloke in the 'queue'. Walked out a bit dazed at how easy it was, compared to most games. Not looking forward to this rain, though...

This isn't directed at anyone in particular but I find it amazing how easy it is to get tickets for the Czech and San Marino games just because we're going through a bit of a bad patch.

Agreed. I'm on the bb waiting list and all i'm seeing and hearing is spare tickets spare tickets. Perversly, the way things are going, if they had a bad result tonight people would probably cancel their block bookings and I'd be onto a winner.
joking :D

Yeah its crap alright...There was loads of tickets going before the game last night....I get 2 on the block booking. I offload one to a mate who goes to I'd say 50% of the games and the rest go to another mate....Got late notice of a no show last night and a ticket goes unused. he'ill have to pay for it mind but it majorly ****es me off when people dont realise how lucky they are to have a guaranteed tic.....

7 of us on waiting list and we normally can only get friendly tickets via fai/ticketmaster and the most unglamourous of the competitive matches (talking Faroe, Andorra etc.). Been p1ssed on in sh1tty buckets more times than care to remember but then after one bad result (well very bad) we can get plum seats for last two competitive matches and decent games at that. They're even going for below face value outside (I've personally never used touts we got genuine face value spares last night as we always try to do). Been in every stand many times in Lansdowne but never West Upper until last night so was very fitting I thought for the night that was in it.

Anyway point is the usual shutout we encounter for the glamour ties (when the winter p1ss-fests are long gone and the Sat avo sunshine boys come along) will no doubt come around again but hopefully we'll be BBs by then (ranging from under 2k to just over 5k for last guy on the list) and believe me we'll be f8cking delighted to be so especially if get seats together. You only appreciate the gauranteed tickets if you've been on the other side of the fence. If the prevailing attitude shreds dead weight then those replacing them will prob be more deserving anyway. Although the Croker novelty might counteract that all the same.

does anyone know if blockbooking waiting list folks are going to offered tickets fot the croke matches first? And more importantly, will there be room in the reimproved lansdowne to allow us all into the system? I joined the list about two years ago.

Schumi
18/11/2006, 10:06 PM
I would be bizarre if people on the waiting list didn't get offered tickets for Croke Park matches. As for the new Lansdowne, it would depend on whether the numbers on the list exceed in the capacity I'd assume.
