According to Aertel he's left Bohs!

Was wondering why he wasn't playing in the cup replay.

What was the story - was he not being paid or what?!

Presume the deal was brokered by Farrelly and now he's gone so Devlin's gone

But where are they gone though...

Devlin was at the match the other night, I saw him walking up towards Dalymout with Dessie Byrne about an hour before kick off. Didn't look like he was going to play at that stage as they had just been to the shop!!!

No, he's walked out on them.

If he was sacked then himself and Farrelly could turn up in some obscure English club in the next few weeks...

He was in the stand with Kevin Hunt on Tuesday night, Farrelly going is the only thing that could have made him walk I suppose.

Devlin was injured for the replay, had a thigh strain. After GF went Devo went with him, he was on a week to week contract, so could leave when he wanted.

Shame as he was a very good player but not one for the future as such. He only trained here the odd day and lived in the UK so was never a permanent thing.

That's a pity, I looked forward to seeing him again tonight following his good showing against Rovers last week.

Wonder what are the odds of Tony Grant snatching the winner in tonight's encounter?

7/1 with Paddy Power if you're really interested!

Pity about Devlin, he looked a very decent player. Cheering on Bohs tonight - or even a draw - anything but a Drogheda win please! :)

Crossed wires, I was talking about Grant

Tony Grant and Paul Devlin are both small and bald strikers.
There the similarity ends. Let's just say it's a pity Devo didn't stay.

Yeah, Devlin's not an ex Hoop who's muck when he goes to Bohs :D

I'd say it's more likely down to the fact that when you've tasted caviar it's a bit of a letdown to go back on the jam

Why not let them know if you're unhappy

info@fai.ie

In fairness he did a great job in charge of Ireland there!

Yet numerous people say they seen Devlin sitting in the stands that night.
"Right Paul, you're sacked"
"Cool, I'm gonna stay and watch the match if you don't mind though"

He was at the game.

He was sacked, for refusing to play.

Probably waiting on the spoofer, who was putting him up!

Except of course if the caviars best before date was 1986.

Surley now it must be time for 'cup specialists' and 'shamrock rovers' to be mentioned in the same sentence. 1st division specialists at that.

If he left Bohs because of Farrelly's departure he must have seen something in Farrelly's managerial abilities that nobody else did.

What in the name of hell has this got to do with Paul Devlin being sacked from Bohs ? Surprised you haven't started a new thread about him, it's been a while.........

That was a total error (http://www.braywanderers.ie/component/option,com_frontpage/Itemid,1/)by George and RTE, but sure nothing new there really !

Cork seem to be having a good sniff around the Big Clubs rejects these days.

First GF and now Devlin.

Would be interesting if the spoofer signed for you b4 next Friday!

Tamworth is certainly obscure anyway! :D
