Friday night good photograph in the Advertiser launching same.Tickets for the u21 game are hoped to be on sale as well and should sell out in double quick time as only just over 1300 are going on general sale.
Have to say I disagree with you on the photo gufct, I think they could have taken a much better one than what they did. You cant even see the jersey right, just the front of it stretched over two bloody statues !!!!! Better of having 2 players/people modelling them.

The 2 bloody statues are among the most photographed in Galway at the top of shop street (Wilde & Shaw I think) and its far more interesting than two models or Players. Its a bit of good pr rather than doing the same old thing.

Does anyone know the price of the new jesery?
sale tomorrow night at the club shop which is alway slightly cheaper than the sportshops.
Im not complaining about the statues (oscar wilde and some georgian guy) its the visual display of the jerseys that Im not happy with. Maybe its my poor eyesight but I find it very hard to see exactly any other part of the jersey except the front of it which is stretched around the statues.

Jerseys will cost :
E45 Adults
E35 Children
and will be on sale at the game vs Cork City on Friday night
in Terryland (KO 7.45pm).
"Here's how the jersey might look if you're at least five stone overweight".
I like the design, the sponsor's logo remains an eyesore but otherwise a nice jersey.
The statue on the right resembles a bald Lenin. I'm sure our Basque/PLO-aligned support will welcome the concept of him wearing a United jersey.

nice jersey, saw it at the game yday. im not a big fan of the off-centred umbro logo, but if thats the way the do it now-a-days.
will be getting mine in the near future - they sold over 25 at the cork friendly.
the players wore sky blue shorts n socks in the CCFC game, why did they change from the cool white ones of last yr... big disapointment!
