alas i won't b at another city game until end of august so brian lennox wil miss my 10 euro I bring to the club.
however does anybody dare predict a score for to-morrow's game.
i reckon 2-0 to city (flynn and george)
7-0 to City!

I'm also missing, thanks to a hastily arranged trip to Biscuits country. If City play like they did against $hels then I see no problems. I'll be optimistic and go 4-0 City.
here is a little teaser while we are it- who scored the 7 goals for city in their win over dale utd way back when?
back in the FAI Cup of 1993 ...

City to grind out a 1-0 win. Gunther to blame the fans and those who know nothing about soccer and who do not understand the great master plan that only a brain like his can concieve.....:D
Naw...
Unless Glenmore play out of their skins, it would not be good for City to score less than 2.
City to get at least 3. You would have to fancy Flynnie for his first hatrick the way he is playing.....:)

Gerry McCabe must have scored a couple as gliding past defenders with ease that day.
I'd say Johnny C, Gloria, Skippy & maybe ever Woodsie?

Being a cup game there's a good chance it will be a boring game with Dundrum probably defending in numbers, but in saying that city have being really inpressive going forward (O'Flynn is on Fire)so far this season.
At the Shel's game I thought there was good performance's all round but at the UCD game I thought we were poor in the middle.
Maybe Greg and O'Grady would be a good partnership. At least they should be given the chance.
Hopefully 2 or 3 - 0. Would really like City to keep a clean sheet.
Any Premier division who don't beat a non-league team this weekend should sack all their players - should be huge difference in fitness levels if nothing else.
Bookies are offering city @ 1/8 & Glenmore/Dundrum @ 14/1
btw whens the last time city played a non-leaguer (besides Queenstown ;) ) in the FAI Cup? feels like been a while.....
8-0 city
flynn 3
ocallaghan 2
woods 2
napier 1 (!!!!)

Well lads it's half-time over here (well according to Aertel on www.rte.ie anyway - Pat's had taken a 1-0 lead over Galway through Herrick (!) until todayfm.com put that right)
Those predictions are looking pretty good so far.
