Anyone see it on BBC earlier? It showed that despite the fact over 3,000 hardcore holligans were prevented from travelling, there was still plenty of trouble caused by louts gettting ****ed out of their heads and absusing other nationalitys untill they get a fight. Absolute scum.

I watched most of it. I was torn between it and CSI Miami ,cos Heracio's shade removing over acting is a must see at every possible opportunity, but back to the Craziies.

I was interested to hear the Police say that these guys were not the organised hooligan Firms, but more like your typical night out in an English City. One lad after spoiling a few Brazilian fans fun proceeded to try and attack one of the "braver" (or stupid) brazilians who was standing in front of a pack of english lads , proceeded to lose teh focus on his hatred, and aim it at the camera creww, who he spat at , gestured and threw stuff at, before walking up and calling the reporter a total scumbag cos he was filming his own!!! That is a perfect example of one total and utter waste of biological material. HE should be donated to science so that some good could come of his existance.

CAN someone give me more info on it?

There was nothing serious I thought and it could have been alot worse had the proper hoolies not been banned from travelling! It was nothing more than bottle throwing and abusive songs. However, that is still not acceptable, but it could have been many times worse!

Quality:D :D

Dolly the sheep is what came to mind. They all follow each other and look like they are all cloned. Burberry wearing vermin.

One degenerate said that most of the hoolies come from small towns with small clubs that will never be in Europe so this was their chance:rolleyes:

Met a lot of decent ingerland fans during World Cups but these lot are filth.

No brained no lifer non entities who think they are the hard men by throwing chairs, bottles and drink over anyone who's not english.

Using the beautiful game to wreak havoc.

fir those who missed it. the Panorama website says this "If you cannot watch Hooligans on Wednesday 2 August at 2100 BST on BBC One you can watch it on demand on this site or it will be repeated on Thursday 17 August on BBC One at 0125. Unfortunately we cannot offer this film live on the site due to rights issues with some World Cup footage"

Just a quick reminder to all here, that on recent away trips I have seen a number of Irish fans behaving similar to these english scum, albeit small numbers, but an element has crept in recently that is not welcome and should be shudded by all self-respecting Irish Fans, Paris 2004 springs to mind when a number of morons got involved in bottle throwing with parisien afro/algerian youngsters.

Yeah they were more drunken louts than known hooligans on the tv programme last night but still England seems to produce more of these idiots that other other country.I was in Munich for the World Cup and there was a friendly, party atmosphere there and no trouble because there were very few English there.Anyone non English who wandered near these louts was a target of abuse, assault and had their flags taken off them and had beer thrown over them. When they get together and get drunk the mob mentality takes over and any 'foreigners' seem to be fair game. Then we have Sky telling us how well the English fans behaved because there was only a few hundred arrests:rolleyes: .Its a pity for the decent England fans that these clowns drag their reputation through the gutter.

I wish illeducated people like yourself would get your facts right, the ultras wear the rovers jersey and bring colour to our games like the giant flags and flares, etc. They have nothing to do with the small number of troublemakers who don't wear the shirt.

The Germans and the Poles had far more arrested than the English, maybe the programme makers should've had a word with Gunter the Hooile fixer or whatever his name was , instead of following some 18 year old chav scum and his mates. The Germans should'ved rounded them all up in one big field let them all kill each other and let everybody else get on and enjoy the tournament.

But the programme was produced by the BBC, it wasn't an exposé of hooliganism at the World Cup, it was a story on English people causing trouble during the World Cup. of course they concentrated on their own.

Is there a need to attack the poster again. If you believe his post to be ignorant or illeducated that is fair enough but I dont think it does yourself of the forum any justice to resort to namecalling. I believe your post to be the more accurate and true of whats happening on the ground at Rovers games.

what has that got to do with anything. My point is that people should attack the post not the poster. Simple as that from speaking to Rovers fans who regularly go it is in align with what the previous rovers poster said. I really dont know what my attendance at Rovers games has got to do with it. I never stated what the facts were in relation to this.

A rediculous and insulting statement such as his deserves such a reply. With no info or reason he comes out with a 100% untrue statement,so he is either illeducated or winding people up,probably both to be fair.

Hence the reason I said I believe that to be the case. I did not state it as fact. I said I believe it to be the case which means that I have heard from people that I trust that this is the case. Also you do not know how many Rovers games I have gone to. Not sure why you are querying that as I could go to them all or I could go to none.

Fair enough, I thought it was an interesting show and id certainly did show that the trouble is now caused by guys that are more louts than organised firms like they were during the 70s and 80s.

The Germans and the Poles had far more arrested than the English...Very observant of you. And if you watch this programme you'll know why. With the exception of the Stuttgart Polizei, the Germans were taking a touchy-feely approach to the scum, while certainly not to their own. They may have good reasons (like the Germans (hooligans and Hells Angells in particular) were 'professionals' and would probably kill a few tans if allowed the same freedom (which wouldn't be a bad idea on last night's evidence)), but they were certainly much more tougher on the locals.

Yeah we know that every country, even our own, has a 'lunatic fringe', but the border between those on the margins that go into a Motorway laybys and perform a perverted form of WWF's Rumble Royale, and those who actually couldn't care less for the aggro, is very thin. As thin for the Poles and the Germans (which we will see in September) as it is for us, IMO. With the tans this border - a so called middle ground where 'decent' fans through drink indulge in anti-social behaviour normally resulting in arrest (racist singing, minor assault, theft (of other fans flags))- is far greater a percentage. While the hard core, as the evidence of Huddersfield Town supplying three tw*ts whose b*llocks just dropped last week explains, is dwindling, it takes little direction to get these w*nkers going. It makes me laugh to see the BBC interviewing so called 'decent' fans pictured with blow up spitfires - the equivalent of us wearing balaclavas - and singing songs about the war. Meester English po-leeeece-man got it right by claiming the 'moral direction of certain parents' disturbs him. Sad, sad muppets.
