Thought this would be a landslide for 'good'.........obviously not!

I think that because it secures the future of football in the city its gotta be good, and for me, that point outweighs all others.

I agree there are negatives, but when you ain't got a pot to p!ss in, well you don't refuse a big one when it does.

It's a lot better than having to buy a greenfield site and start from scratch, at the end of it all, the FAI want football in Limerick, and that can only be good.

Dahmasta, Dont know if its possible but could there be an option to vote for undecided? I've voted for good as I think it is a better option than our current situation but overal I'm not 100% convinced.

In a season of a merger with the FAI where your ground serves as criteria for a possible promotion it can only be a good thing for Limerick, no? To me it looks like a signal of Delaney's vision of his new league and that includes having Premier Division football in Limerick.

This very poll was mentioned in the Ireland on Sunday today with my conspiracy theory omitted though.

Isn't a conspiracy theory supposed to be kind of secret? Nobody could have any doubt about the FAI's desire to see a premier standard senior football team in Limerick.

Voted good as there was very little in the way of options open. Its still a mystery as regards to fr joes motives, but bottom line if the FAI didn't step in it would be a disaster for your club having to ground share (buying a greenfield site and building would have been next to impossible!)
