Whats the story with Cawley?
Remember watching him a few years ago for UCD before he went to Shels and he was just pure class. Tore LTFC to shreads many times. But when he was with us last season he did nothing apart from score a great free kick away to Derry. But nothing else. And now he's off to Waterford

He was amazing in his first spell for us. His move to Shels did him no favours. It has seemed to have ruined his career.Originally posted by De TownWhats the story with Cawley?

The only thing I remember him doing for us this season is scoring a free kick as well!Comment

Class player when he wants to be. But it's how often he wants to be which is the issue. In any case, we have some quality midfielders in McDonnell, Hurley, Dicker, Finn, Harte, McWalter, Doyle and Kavanagh, so I suppose it was inevitable someone was giong to end up leaving.Comment

Paul Shiels, I think. Fat full-back we signed from Middlesboro or Newcastle just this month. Very strange!Originally posted by DmanDmythDledgeAnd Paul Knight

Ah so having no money and No Manager qualifies you for the Premier in the new John Delaney Oberliga? That's where UCD went wrong keeping our affairs in order.
