Don't think that's a particularly wise move. I know Paul Byrne is coming back but the only other person who can offer us what he can is Brophy.

He is averaging something like 2 goals a game for the U-21s, I think. He looked good in his debut, apart from the miss, which must have been down to nerves.

Don't have a clue! Never heard of him!

EDIT: actually I think he is the regular RB for the U-21s. I think he was the player who started chanting "EASY,EASY" with the crowd in last years U-21 final!

You sure, hes from Kilkenny and played first team for ye a few times. He definitly played for ye against Cork City in Turners Cross last year - played underage for IRL and normally plays RB

EDIT: Just saw you edited your post. That sounds like him alright

Willie Doyle has gone to Kilkenny City , they won't be needing Brophy now.
And with your man Mattie Forde on the way too, loads of competition for places up front at Buckley Park.

                    Yeah, that was confirmed.

I don't agree with Poor Student. I think he's not quite ready for us, and he'd only play maybe half a dozen more games as a sub for us this year. He's better off getting a half a season as a first teamer for Kilkenny.

Plus, when he gets back, he'll think that the passes he's getting are really high quality.

He should have had at least a hat trick in his debut according to the Independent!
