Foxtrot Oscar = FO = F*cked off, I presume.
The top flight gets hand picked next season anyway - doesn't change much.

No, but the clubs voted on it a few weeks back. The divisions cease to exist this winter, then new ones get hand picked by that committee Niall Quinn just got replaced on for next year. I thought this was common knowledge.
